Plan the pickup around building access

Send the apartment number, floor, and whether stairs or an elevator are available. Tell us about loading zones, parking restrictions, entry codes, and any building appointment requirements before choosing a pickup time.

Make the move-out list complete

Photograph the sofa, bed, boxes, and other items you want removed. Confirm which appliances belong to the property and must stay. For a landlord or manager pickup, identify the contents you are authorized to remove.

Move-out pickup checklist

• Identify every item to remove and mark belongings that stay.
• Confirm building access, elevator reservations, and loading rules.
• Send photos of the items and their route out of the apartment.

A $75 minimum applies. Furniture and mattress starting prices are available in our guide; stairs, elevator waits, carry distance, and total volume can affect a combined apartment pickup.
