Exercise Equipment Removal in Northeast Ohio

Describe the equipment, not just the room

Identify treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, benches and other equipment individually. Include a model label or dimensions where available. Tell us if a treadmill folds, if equipment is powered or if it is assembled around a doorway it cannot pass through.

Photograph separate weight plates, dumbbells and bulky attachments. A compact pile of metal can weigh much more than ordinary household clutter, so it needs a clear list and review instead of an assumption based on truck volume.

Stairs and dismantling change the plan

Send photos of the room exit, stair turns, hallway and route to parking. Include floor level, elevators, narrow doors or building restrictions. A machine in a basement may require different handling from one already accessible in a garage.

Do not move or disassemble heavy equipment just for an estimate. Let us review which components, if any, need dismantling and include agreed labor in the scope. Wall-mounted or anchored equipment needs separate discussion.

Exercise equipment starting prices

A treadmill or stationary bike starts at $95 with normal access and handling. Other equipment, multiple machines and unusually heavy loads receive an individual quote. Size, weight, stairs, dismantling and carrying distance affect the total.

The $75 minimum applies to the visit and is not added to an item price. Normal loading, hauling and standard disposal are included in the agreed scope. See current outdoor and exercise prices.

Combine equipment with a room cleanout

If you are reclaiming a basement, garage or spare room, photograph all the items you want removed. Separate personal belongings and usable equipment that will remain. One complete request helps us quote the load accurately.

Send your address and preferred pickup windows with the photos. We check service coverage and route space before confirming the appointment. Same-day or next-day options depend on availability and whether the equipment needs additional planning.
