List each device for approval

Identify televisions, monitors, computers, printers and other devices separately. For a TV, include the approximate screen size and whether it is a flat screen, an older tube-style set or a projection unit. Send photos of the actual items.

Electronics are on our advance-approval list. Do not assume that every device, battery, broken screen or quantity can be accepted at the same price. Tell us about damage, loose batteries or unusual components before booking.

Prepare personal information separately

Remove your personal accounts and data before arranging disposal of a computer, phone, smart TV or storage device. If you need help with data handling, use an appropriate specialist. Our hauling quote does not include certified data destruction or a guarantee that data has been erased.

Keep cables, accessories and other approved items together, and identify equipment that must stay. Do not mix unidentified liquids, damaged batteries or chemicals into an electronics pile.

Pickup and recycling are different questions

Tell us whether your main need is carrying and hauling, a particular recycling program or documented business asset disposal. We do not promise a specific recycling destination, a destruction certificate or free collection as part of an ordinary quote.

For an office refresh, send the quantities, loading access and authorized contact. For a home pickup, include the room and exit route. We confirm acceptance, the agreed scope and scheduling before the visit.
