Tell us exactly which appliance is leaving
Identify a full-size refrigerator, bar-size refrigerator, upright freezer or chest freezer. Include a model label or approximate dimensions if available, along with photos of the whole appliance. Let us know whether it still contains food, has a leak or has damaged components.
Show every appliance if you are clearing a basement, garage or rental property. We can review the approved items together, with one estimate based on the complete load and handling.
Connections and preparation
Tell us whether the unit is plugged in, attached to a water line or built into cabinetry. Do not assume disconnection, plumbing work or cabinet removal is included. Confirm the preparation plan before the appointment and use a qualified professional for utility work when needed.
Remove food and personal belongings before the agreed pickup. Discuss any defrosting or water issue in advance. Do not cut refrigerant lines, puncture the appliance or dismantle its cooling system to make it easier to move.
Refrigerator and freezer starting prices
A full-size refrigerator or large freezer starts at $125. A bar-size refrigerator or apartment-size freezer starts at $95 under normal access and handling. Stairs, tight turns, unusual size and extra labor can change the final amount.
The minimum visit charge is $75, not an added fee on top of the appliance price. Normal carrying, loading, hauling and standard disposal are included in the agreed scope. Review the current appliance prices and send photos for your complete quote.
Basement, garage and inside access
Show the entire exit route, particularly stair landings, narrow doors, low ceilings and the distance to parking. Tell us about stairs even if the appliance originally came through them. Different handling may be needed for a damaged unit or a changed room layout.
Keep the route available at the confirmed pickup time and identify anything nearby that must stay. Final acceptance and scheduling depend on the appliance, access and route availability.

Can you take a refrigerator that no longer works?
Describe its condition and send photos. We review acceptance and disposal needs before confirming the pickup; a nonworking unit should still be kept intact.
Is an appliance automatically accepted at the curb?
No. Send the appliance details and address first. Curbside placement does not replace acceptance and price confirmation.
