Washer & Dryer Removal in Akron & Northeast Ohio

Single appliances and laundry pairs

Tell us whether you have a washer, an electric or gas dryer, a stacked pair or a combined laundry unit. Send a photo of each appliance and include any pedestal or other item you want removed. A pair is two appliances; it should not be described as one item in a quote request.

Identify a stacked installation, platform or unusually tight laundry closet before booking. We need to review the work involved rather than assume every laundry pickup is a simple freestanding unit.

Check utility connections first

State whether water hoses, drains, power, a dryer vent or a gas connection are still attached. Utility disconnection, plumbing, electrical work and gas work should not be assumed to be included. Confirm what must be prepared and arrange qualified help where needed.

Empty clothing and personal items from the machines. Tell us about standing water, leaks or damaged parts, and keep the agreed carrying route accessible. Do not attempt hazardous disconnection just to prepare photos.

Plan around a replacement delivery

Tell us your replacement delivery date, available time windows and whether old machines must leave before the new ones arrive. We confirm pickup timing after reviewing route space. Same-day or next-day service may be available, but a requested date is not a confirmed appointment.

For a basement pickup, include photos from the machine to the stairs and from the stairwell to the truck access. For an apartment, include elevator reservations and building work-hour restrictions.
